Over the years, we have developed a good relationship with the Planning Department which enables us to move smoothly through the Pre-Application and Planning Application processes. We are also partnered with Local Authority Building Control, giving us quick and hassle-free access to information that is needed to go about your project in the right way.

In all our work, we try to produce quality design that can be achieved within your budget. Through careful spatial planning and with our knowledge of construction, we can often save you money on your building project.

Our designs will be sensitive to their context and will respect the character of existing buildings in the area.

We are able to advise on the incorporation of ‘Green’ technology into your project, and are committed to energy conscious design. Often simple design solutions are available which might add little or nothing to the build cost but can add a great economic and environmental benefit to your scheme.

We have strong links with other local consultants and can co-ordinate all of the various surveys and reports that might be necessary to achieve Planning and Building Reg. Approval.
