We have carried out design, drawing, planning and Building Regulation work for all kinds of New Build, Conversions, Alterations and Extensions over the last 14 years.

THE OAKS, BUDOCK VEAN

This new dwelling is currently under construction. The brief was for a modern family home but with a great deal of traditional character to complement its rural setting.

This was a one-off design for a new house in Carbis Bay. The house has great views across St. Ives Bay and the house was designed to maximise these.

GENTLEMAN'S RESIDENCE, CONSTANTINE

This was a one-off house carried out for a local developer. As they had their own joinery business, this was a chance to create a really striking house with attractive feature windows and a beautiful winding staircase.

KING EDWARD MINE VISITOR CENTRE, TROON

In 1958, the Winder and Compressor Houses at King Edward Mine were destroyed by fire. Having obtained funding to reinstate these structures, our task was to replicate the original buildings as closely as possible using only a handful of Black and White photographs.

For this work, we were delighted to receive a commendation at the prestigious Cornish Buildings Group Awards in 2010.

CARN VILLA COTTAGE

This project involved the sensitive restoration and extension of an old stone cottage to provide a small two-bedroomed house. The use of timer boarding on the extension helped to distinguish it from the original structure whilst still being sensitive to the cottage itself.
